No, Omniva invoices once a month only for the shipments actually made.
Will there be a penalty for contract termination?
No, we terminate the contract upon mutual agreement if all obligations with Omniva SIA have been settled.
Do I need to manually process each shipment?
No, free Omniva delivery plugins (APIs) are available for popular e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Mozello, Prestashop, Shopify, OpenCart, and Magento, or you can add a CSV file in the Omniva self-service environment.
Is it possible for customers to return shipments that were delivered by another logistics company?
