Payment upon delivery

If you want the person receiving the parcel to pay for the postage and contents when the parcel is delivered , choose the ‘payment on delivery’ service. By selecting this service you give us permission to collect a particular amount of money from the receiver and pay it into your bank account. You can choose this service if you have registered the parcel in the online self-service environment or at the post office. The service charge is 1% of the amount to be collected, but not less than 1.30 euro. VAT is not added to this amount.

Fragile

If your parcel contains breakable items, choose the ‘FRAGILE’ service. Your parcel will be specially marked to guarantee that it is handled carefully during transit and processing. You can choose this service for parcels you have already registered in the online self-service environment, and the cost is 1.60 euro. VAT will be added to this amount.
 
Insurance

You can insure your parcel. If your insured parcel is lost or damaged, we will pay compensation for the value you have told us the parcel is worth. The insurance fee is 1% of the value of the parcel.
 
Return of delivery note and invoice

Choose this additional service if you want the customer to sign a delivery note and invoice when they receive the parcel. If required, we can send you the signed delivery note and invoice in electronic format. If the customer refuses to sign the delivery note and invoice, we will not deliver the parcel and will return it to you instead. If you would like to add this service to your contract, contact your customer service manager.
 
In-person delivery

If you want us to deliver a parcel sent by courier to the receiver specified on the address label only, choose the ‘In-person delivery’ service. When we deliver the parcel we will confirm the identity of the receiver and indicate the parcel number on the delivery note or pocket computer. The receiver will need to sign for the parcel themselves; nobody else is entitled to receive the parcel on their behalf. You can only choose this service for parcels sent to private customers.
 
Notice of delivery

If you want to receive a text message or e-mail to tell you that we are returning a parcel to you, choose the ‘Send notice of returns’ service. After the storage period ends or if the receiver fails to collect the parcel, we will tell you we are going to return the parcel to you. You can choose this service in the online self-service environment or at the post office. The service fee is 17 cents to receive notice by e-mail, and 25 cents by text message. VAT will be added to these fees.
 
Notice of returns

If you want to receive a text message or e-mail to tell you that we are returning a parcel to you, choose the ‘Send notice of returns’ service. After the storage period ends or if the receiver fails to collect the parcel, we will tell you we are going to return the parcel to you. You can choose this service in the online self-service environment or at the post office. The service fee is 17 cents to receive notice by e-mail, and 25 cents by text message. VAT will be added to these fees.
