HOW DO I REGISTER A PARCEL TO BE SENT BY COURIER?

 
  1. If you frequently send batches of parcels, synchronise your system with ours so we automatically receive information about your parcels. Choose an address label format so you can print further address labels and invoices from your own system.
  2. Before sending your parcel, print the address label or write the address on the parcel.
  3. If you want to hand over several parcels to the courier, make sure they all have address labels. You can also give the invoices to the courier.
How do I start using the online self-service environment?

To use the online self-service environment, you need to enter a business contract with us. To do this, register in the online self-service environment as a business customer and add the name of the company you represent. We will then ask you to sign the contract electronically.
