Changes in Omniva Latvia management team
From August 1, Agnese Grīnberga has been appointed as the leader of the Omniva team in Latvia, while continuing to fulfill the duties of the head of the Omniva Group Baltic retail network. Meanwhile, Signe Kukin, member of the Omniva Group Board and CFO, will legally fulfill the duties of the member of the board of the Latvian subsidiary.
“We are in a time of change – full of new challenges, but also great opportunities to grow, innovate and succeed. Focusing on achieving strong business results, I believe that Omniva’s greatest asset is our people and the way we cooperate. Therefore, I am confident that we will continue to be a market leader not only in Latvia,” said Agnese Grīnberga.
Along with these changes, Gusts Muzikants, the previous member of the Omniva Group Board, Commercial Director and Head of the Latvian company, ended his work at the company on July 31 of this year. His duties at the group level will be temporarily fulfilled by Sven Kukemelk, VP International Business.
“We sincerely thank Gusts for his contribution to the development of Omniva. Although our daily paths now go in opposite directions, we part ways amicably,” emphasizes Martti Kuldma, Chairman of the Board of Omniva Group.

Omniva Group will soon launch an open selection process to find a new Commercial Director.
