Dilip Pramanik to start as Omniva’s VP of Operations
On November 19, Dilip Pramanik will assume the role of VP of Operations at Omniva. In this position, he will be responsible for Omniva’s postal and parcel network, as well as the sorting and delivery processes across the Baltics.
Pramanik brings over two decades of experience in B2B & B2C logistics and supply chain management across both Asia and Europe.

According to Omniva CEO Martti Kuldma, the recruitment process for the new head for the company’s operations was long and thorough. “Out of nearly one hundred candidates, four highly qualified professionals reached the final round, with Dilip Pramanik standing out for his extensive experience in managing international logistics operations. Dilip’s mindset clearly supports Omniva’s strategic goals – to reach the next level of development, we need to make our daily operations significantly more efficient through business-oriented thinking, product-based management, and the implementation of smart new technologies,” added Kuldma.
