    Important: Temporary Change to Parcel Storage Time


    To improve the efficiency of our parcel delivery service and better align with customer pickup habits, Omniva is temporarily adjusting the storage time in parcel machines. Most parcels will continue to have a 7-day storage period, while for some shipments, the storage time will be temporarily reduced to 4 days, depending on the parcel and location.
    This adjustment helps keep parcel machines available and ensures a smoother, more efficient delivery process.
    To support this effort, we kindly ask you to collect your parcel as soon as you receive the notification and pay attention to the storage time mentioned in the notification.
