Omniva Group Returns to Profit in 2025 and Continues International Growth

Omniva Group, one of the leading logistics and technology companies in the Baltics, increased both delivered parcel volumes and revenue in 2025 and closed the year with a net profit. The positive result was driven by rapidly growing international middle-mile services and the Baltic parcel business. Excluding one-off transactions, the company’s normalized profit for 2025 amounted to €1.4 million.

The company’s net profit in 2025 reached €5.9 million, of which €4.6 million was a one-off gain from the sale of real estate.

In Latvia, Omniva delivered 11.0 million parcels in 2025, representing a 10% increase compared to 2024. In the fourth quarter alone, 3.0 million parcels were delivered in Latvia, showing a 2% increase compared to the same period last year.

“These results confirm that the decisions made last year were the right ones. In addition to increasing volumes and revenue, we reduced our cost base — a challenging but necessary step at a time when wages and transport costs are rising. It is positive that we have returned to profitability, as expected by our shareholder — the Estonian state,” said Martti Kuldma, Chairman of the Management Board (CEO) of Omniva Group.

Omniva’s revenue in 2025 reached €154.7 million (2024: €141.4 million). The main growth driver was international transit, with revenue increasing by 25% year-on-year to €25.2 million. The Baltic parcel business continued steady growth, with revenue increasing by 11% to €84.1 million.

“Competition in the Baltic parcel market is extremely intense, and price pressure remains high. I am proud that we managed to maintain our position and retain our status as the most trusted logistics brand in the Baltics. Our strengths are smart technologies, flexible self-service solutions, and a wide parcel locker network, which we will continue expanding this year, including in smaller towns,” Kuldma added. “At the same time, it is clear that growth opportunities in the increasingly saturated Baltic markets are limited, and long-term growth will primarily come from international business.”

In 2025, Omniva launched a crowdsourced delivery platform and began developing a community locker network designed for smaller towns and rural areas. The company is testing autonomous vehicles for last-mile deliveries and introduced a parcel storage extension service.

During the year, Omniva significantly enhanced its self-service environment — including its mobile app and the web platform mana.omniva.lv — enabling customers to independently manage their shipments. In addition, Omniva signed a cooperation agreement with Zalando, becoming the exclusive delivery partner of the e-commerce platform in the Baltics.

Omniva was recognized as Service Provider of the Year at the international Parcel and Postal Technology International Awards. For the fourth consecutive year, the Universal Postal Union (UPU) named Omniva the most developed postal operator in its region.
