Shipment Drop-off Cut-off Times to Change in Several Latvian Cities from 1 July
To ensure more efficient shipment processing and delivery, Omniva will introduce changes to parcel locker drop-off cut-off times in several Latvian cities from 1 July 2026.
In Riga, Mārupe and Jaunmārupe, the cut-off times will remain unchanged. Shipments for next-business-day delivery can continue to be dropped off by 17:00 on weekdays and 14:00 on Saturdays.
In Kuldīga, Liepāja, Jēkabpils, Valmiera, Gulbene, Daugavpils, Rēzekne, Jelgava, Jūrmala, Salaspils, Olaine, Jaunolaine, Babīte, Ādaži, Carnikava, Piņķi, Ulbroka, Baloži, Ķekava, Ikšķile, Kadaga, Bauska, Tukums, Sigulda, Cēsis, Limbaži, Ogre, Madona, Saldus, Talsi and Ventspils, weekday cut-off times will be standardized to 12:00 noon. Previously, customers in some of these locations could drop off shipments until 15:00.
On Saturdays, the cut-off time in these cities will be 10:00, compared with 12:00 previously in most locations.
In all other Latvian cities, cut-off times will remain unchanged at 10:00 on both weekdays and Saturdays.
The changes are being introduced to optimize shipment collection and delivery processes and to ensure more efficient parcel locker operations. Customers are encouraged to check the updated cut-off times displayed at parcel lockers and on the Omniva website.
