    How can I ship the shipments?
    Shipments can be sent by completing the address card in the business client e-self-service environment, and you can choose either parcel machine or courier services.

  • Weight/dimensions

    What are the shipment's weight/size restrictions for international shipments?
    Premium – 30kg, longest side 150 cm, sum of longest side and bottom circumference 300 cm.
    Standard – 30 kg, longest side 150 cm, sum of longest side and bottom circumference 300 cm.
    Economy – 2kg, longest side 60cm, sum of longest side and bottom circumference 120cm.

    Weight and size depends on a destination country.

  • Delivery

    How is the delivery made?
    Shipment delivery depends on a destination country and the choice of delivery type.
     
    Premium - the shipment is delivered by a courier, either after coordinating the delivery time or without coordination.
     
    Standard - the shipment can be delivered by a courier or delivered to a pickup point, with the recipient being informed by SMS.
     
    Economy - the shipment can be delivered by a courier, delivered to a pickup point, or delivered to a mailbox..

  • Prohibited items and substances

    What may not be sent?
    The sender is responsible for the shipment's contents and complying with applicable national laws and regulations in force for each country. Article 24 of the Postal Law contains prohibitions regarding the content of postal items. The prohibited items and substances list for sending in the Postal Law is available here.
    In addition, the specific requirements of each country, arising from its domestic laws and regulations, must be observed, it is available here.

  • Failed delivery

    What happens if the recipient refuses to receive the parcel or if the package is not delivered for other reasons?
    If the parcel is not delivered to the recipient, it is returned to the sender, according to the price list.

  • Liability

    What are the liability and compensation amount for international shipments?
    The shipping compensation rate depends on the type of shipment.
     
    Premium – 100 EUR per shipment + 8 EUR per kg.
    Standard – 50 EUR pre shipment + 6 EUR per kg.
    Economy – 35 EUR, if the additional service "Proof of delivery" is included in the shipment price or the customer has chosen it.

  • Customs

    Outbound shipments to non-EU VAT countries and territories need to be accompanied by custom declaration. List of countries which need custom declaration is given below.

    While registering the shipment to such country or territory in e-service, the additional information fields appear and obilgatory fields must be filled out. Description of content should be written in English.

    Customs declaration form is a part of the address card or displayed as a separate form. It appears for printing in multiple copies. All copies must be printed out and added to the shipment.

    Preferable is to place them in the plastic pocket attached to the shipment. I order to speed up the procedure for the customs declaration, you may also add to the parcel, a commercial invoice or a pro forma invoice of the items contained in the parcel.

    If the value of the shipment exceeds 1000 €, the shipment needs to have export declaration. Information regarding export declaration can be found here

    Also please note, that shipments of certain goods to a country outside the European Union are subject to quantitative restrictions or special authorization. Be sure to check the special requirements before shipping.
