Call the courier to pick up your parcel to save time. You can do this through the online self-service environment.

How do I register a parcel to be sent by courier?

  1. Register the parcel in our online self-service environment and choose ‘Courier’ as the delivery method. You do not have to enter the information again, as it has been saved. The online self-service environment also saves all the destination addresses you have used previously, allowing you to regularly send parcels to the same people without any trouble.
  2. In the online self-service environment you can choose where and when the courier should arrive to pick up your parcel. The courier will come to pick up the parcel between 8.00 and 17.00 on business days.
  3. You can also choose additional services – the ‘FRAGILE’ service, and receiving a text message or e-mail when the parcel has been handed over.
The parcel will be delivered to the receiver the next day, including Saturdays if the receiver is a private person.
  • Printing the address label.
    Print out the address label and stick it to the parcel. You can also print out the ‘Order information’ for confirmation. Then, hand over the parcel to the courier for signing.
  • If you do not have a printer:
    Write the receiver’s information on the packaging of the parcel and ask us to send you the barcode by text message.
