WHERE CAN I FIND THE PARCEL REGISTRATION NUMBER?

If you have registered a parcel using the online self-service environment, you will receive a registration number to track your parcel. If you have registered the parcel at a parcel machine, you can find the registration number on your printed receipt. If you hand an unregistered parcel to the courier, the courier will not be able to tell you the registration number. In this case, please contact your customer service manager for the number.

If you want to track a parcel you are waiting to receive, ask the sender for the registration number.
