Can I choose a specific time for a courier pickup?
Private customer
The courier pickup date can be selected in the e-service without the opportunity to choose a specific time.
Business client
Business clients can choose a courier pickup date and time from the available options in the e-service. Same-day courier services can be arranged as follows:
- Riga: Requests can be made by 15:00, with pickup available in a chosen 2-hour timeframe between 10:00 and 17:00.
- Rest of Latvia: Requests can be made by 12:00, with pickups scheduled between 12:00 and 17:00.
- Pallet pickup requests: Must be submitted by 12:00 on the same day in Riga and by the previous day outside Riga.
To ensure a smooth process, please prepare your parcels before the courier arrives, as pickup can only proceed if the shipments are ready upon arrival.
