We have fought for communication among people and the possibility of sending goods and exchanging information. This is reflected in our company’s history, which officially began on 13 November 1918.

Our Brand Story
Omniva roots trace back to the 17th century when its predecessor started the postal service in Estonia. Today we continue this important work in all three Baltic countries. To the casual observer it may seem that we simply deliver letters and parcels. But we know there’s so much more to it. Every delivery is a greeting, some good news, a gift or an unexpected surprise. In short – the key ingredients of happiness. That is why our message to ourselves and others is Delivering Happiness.
While we’re determined to deliver happiness every day of the year, there is one season when people need us most – Christmas. It’s the season of giving. And sending. And receiving. So we spend all year training for this special and busy time. The festive Christmas spirit is with us even on the hottest of summer days. All throughout the year, we treat every parcel as a gift. And each letter as a message full of kind words. Our sorting centre employees as well as the couriers take so much care of deliveries they even can compete with Santa Claus himself. And a call to customer service is like calling a close friend for a chat. We make customers happy, which makes our business partners happy.
And that’s not all. We like to add a sprinkle of festive feel every now and then by surprising people with acts of kindness. Be it just warm messages, nice music from parcel machines, messenger that gives you some snack. Or maybe even a gift of your dreams without expecting one!
