How to pack the shipment?

Will the package be delivered by the Omniva courier?
Outside the Baltic countries, the delivery of parcels is provided by Omniva international delivery partner, which delivers them to the door of the recipient's place of residence or location. Couriers inform the recipient about the fact of delivery by knocking or ringing the doorbell. It should be noted that the recipient may not be informed about the delivery by phone.

Can the recipient specify a Latvian phone number?
The recipient's phone number can only be a local phone number for that country.

Should the address be given in the recipient's language?
Yes, the recipient's address can be provided in the local language. It is important to make sure that the address is specified correctly and that the information is not missing.

How to determine volume weight?
Divide the package size (length x width x height, rounding each size to the next full centimeter) in cubic centimeters by 5000. Round fractions to the nearest kilogram.
